Three-time finalists France will be hoping to go one better this time out, getting underway against the Pumas. The last decade has been one of decline for the French, however a win in this opening game with Argentina would do a lot for their confidence. By no means a foregone conclusion, in the last 10 meetings, each team have won 5. Get yourself booked in to guarantee a spot for breakfast!

RUGBY WORLD CUP 2019 New Zealand v South Africa

Surely the pick of the early fixtures? The All Blacks, having become the first nation to retain The Webb Ellis Cup in 2015 are looking to secure a third title in a row. They find themselves in Pool B and getting started against a resurgent Springboks side. The most recent meeting finished 16 - 16 during the Rugby Championship, South Africa won the tournament, with New Zealand only managing 3rd. This is going to be interesting! Scotland meet Ireland in their opening group fixture of the Rugby World Cup, following their Six Nations defeat at the hands of the Irish earlier this year they will be looking to overturn one of the favourites early on.
